I received an email from TD Bank 2 days ago May 25th saying that they will be suspending access to QuickBooks and Quicken for a few weeks, no known date. I mean full crash, making Crash Catcher open up. They seem to still support Quicken using OFX. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, electricalcont. First rep that i talked to did not know anything.

Anyone have this info for QB desktop for Mac ? Just spent an hour on phone with Intuit then had to go to TD bank to unlock the account after a phone call said it was locked, but I have been having this problem for a few months now. On hold with TD Bank tech right now and am going on hour 2 just to get web connect working again to get taxes done. Keeps saying it’s connected but to contact financial institution.

QB told me it was TD bank’s problem when I got the error, contact your financial institution. TD Bank said they only help download the transactions, which I did correctly. They said Intuit has to help with getting those into their software. I cannot deactivate the account, as the directions I googled were for another version. TD also told me QB will be outdated in April so that might be why it’s not working.

I can tell you right now my employer is not expecting that charge. Anyone having this same issue? Please provide us real solutions and not irresponsibly post an “answer. Yes, you can get a converter for that file; you have to search the web. There are converters for csv and pdf, as well. I called and she did something and Online Banking worked again. And still works fine now. I’m not sure why you had to comment regarding the same thing I’ve already done It is extremely frustrating that TDBank has messed this up and we have to spend time tending to this.

I am guessing there will be countless hours on the phone with TDBank.
