File Explorer Not Responding – Fixed on Windows 10 PC – Fix 1: Update Your Windows

Today, I felt like messing around a little with the settings, and I decided to see what happened when I changed the Title texts to bold checked, and it did nothing, and I didn’t bother to change it back. Later, I got a bit of OCD, and felt like turning it off, but there was a small problem. The control panel didn’t open.

To change this back, I have to go into the control panel, not the Windows settings app. I tried looking for any problems like this, but they didn’t work.
