I have a friend that has lost folders in his Outlook program. I have tried to recover an older ost through the many backup programs he is using but can’t find any copies. His ost file location is in the old pre location in app data so I’m guessing this was an upgrade from an earlier version.
He backs up his Win 7 machine with the built in windows back up program but searching files or folders where the data files should be only shows his ost renamed with a.
