Dr Ogechi Adeola

Dr. Ogechi Adeola is Policy Advisor and a Director at Principa. An experienced business consultant, she is as Associate Professor of Marketing at the Lagos Business School (LBS), Pan-Atlantic University, Nigeria, ​

She has about 25 years of experience in financial services, consulting and research and has facilitated numerous strategy sessions and dialogues, authored many publications and is a regular conference speaker. ​

Adeola offers advisory services to numerous firms, with a focus on the service industry and provides unique perspectives in the area of growth advisory, management  and strategic marketing ​

Dr. Folarin Alayande

Dr. Folarin Alayande was until recently the Founding Growth and Investment Advisor in our West Africa office (March – October 2020). He has recent experience working or consulting for large international development and financial institutions, including the African Development Bank Group on investment origination, and with The Presidency of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the immediate post-recession era. As the Co-ordinator of the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan Implementation Unit/ Senior Special Assistant to the President, he led several initiatives to accelerate large-scale private sector projects.  Prior to his sub-Cabinet level role in Government, he has held senior leadership roles in industry and consulting, including Director/ Country Strategy Lead at global consulting firm Accenture where he led over 30 strategy and transformation/ industry assessment/ acquisition projects for large corporations, financial institutions and governments. He holds advanced degrees in finance, accounting and economics; and has also been a Chief Strategy Officer for a multi-country publicly quoted company, and has been involved with transformation at the highest levels since 2009.  

An alumnus of The London School of Economics, he is a Founding Member of the African Network of ‘Presidential and Prime Ministers’ Delivery Units’, and is a regular facilitator of Boardroom sessions across continents, advising CEOs and business leaders on the most difficult issues and how to navigate the next wave of growth.
